President Jacob Zuma has appointed a deputy to prosecutions boss Menzi Simelane who was previously facing charges of dishonesty, unprofessional conduct and bringing the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) into disrepute.
Enter advocate Nomgcobo Jiba who has been appointed deputy national director of public prosecutions. After All, this is all part of the puzzle, slowly piecing together the missing loyalists in his party, placing them strategically and waiting for that final check mate. The Trojan Horse if you Like to call it.
Never mind this as news, the ANC have just recently appointed "Top Dogs" on the SABC board.
Those on the shortlist unveiled yesterday include Maureen Manyama-Matome, the chief financial officer of Safcol, the state-owned forestry company. She was nominated by ANC Youth League spokesperson Floyd Shivambu.Safcol's head of transformation Sethe Makhesha was also shortlisted.Peter Druchen, who is married to the country's only deaf MP, Wilma Newhoudt-Druchen of the ANC, was also shortlisted. Newhoudt-Druchen sits on the communications committee.Former acting municipal manager of Buffalo City municipality and director in the city of Johannesburg Vusumzi Mavuso is also on the list.
Nominated by the ANCYL, the same group that wants to nationalize mines, step up land reforms and sing "Shoot The Boer". C'mon guys, where is your train of logical thought leading you to.
Maybe the country is just paranoid for no reason, but can we really trust to leave our country in the hands of criminals who have had some form of inquiry into their past regarding the law?

Already there has been an appeal against Menzi Simelane as he is said to be unfit to run for his position as Public Prosecutions boss .
